The Ludwigsburg Cultural Center sees itself as a place of learning, communication, and culture which houses a variety of cultural institutions. Thus, the building in the heart of the city functions as a public place for its citizens. In order to serve the residents in this community, and to stay true to their core beliefs, we developed a holistic furniture design that fits seamlessly into the overall concept and design developed by L2M3. As part of the digital guidance and information system planned by the Stuttgart communication designers for the building, we also conceived a new spatial experience for the entire ground floor, in which the publicly accessible areas are thoughtfully integrated.
