The State Award BWeger and BWegerinnen honors employees who look beyond the usual 180-degree perspective: people who observe their surroundings attentively and make far-sighted decisions. It recognizes the ability to leave the comfort zone and adopt new perspectives.

This idea is reflected in the design of the trophy. Vertical discs that appear almost immaterial symbolize openness, while the inwardly curved hemisphere represents far-sightedness. When the object is rotated, the play of light creates a sense of dynamism and makes the abstract quality of the award tangible.
